About the department

Cross DD&IT Technologies is the unit which is responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc.

The Position

As a Specialist II, you will be responsible for SAP Authorisation and providing security implementations to Product Supply, R&D, Finance and HR working across SAP application areas such as FI, HR, WM, MM, SRM, ATTP, PPPI, WM Log, PM, QM Calib. GBT, APO, SD etc. handling some of the most Financial or GxP critical IT processes in Novo Nordisk and play a key role in design and implementation of S4 security within the NN SAP landscape. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

• Play a dual role of a Scrum Master and Specialist and will be part of a central SAP Authorisation CoE team
• Work on areas related to SAP Authorisation design and implementation and giving solutions in Supply Chain, Finance, HR and across Logistics areas.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and the SAP Authorisation Agile team to execute and help prioritize requirements in the SAP security product backlog.
• Works with the Product owner and SAP Authorisation technical teams to help prioritize the product backlog and provide overall leadership for the SAP Authorisation Agile team within the deliveries.
• Help the Agile team to manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews, other roles prepare and align expectations before and during PI planning events and drive the Agile Teams, vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in relevant field with minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in working in a service -based organization/pharmaceutical industry preferably in the IT quality domain.
• Relevant 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP Authorisation design and implementations.
• Should have played the role of a Scrum Master or at least been a member of an agile delivery team in the past.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Authorisation design and implementations
• Has a good understanding of information security management principles, SAP application Authorisation implementation, role-based access design
• Experience in SAP ECC / S/4 HANA Authorisation and security project implementations will be a plus.
• Knowledge on Agile principles, methodology and events to facilitate the Agile team to efficient delivery.
• Ability to represent NN in relations with internal and external stakeholders including Suppliers and Authorities.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
