We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives in our growing IT Software as a Service (SaaS) product support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be vital in ensuring our clients receive exceptional assistance and solutions to their queries.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
- Provide prompt and courteous customer support via chat and email channels.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Service-Oriented Approach:
- Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Communication Skills:
- Utilize excellent English writing skills to effectively communicate with customers via email and chat.
- English speaking skills would be an added advantage.
Responsibility and Diligence:
- Take ownership of customer issues, follow through with resolution, and escalate problems when necessary.
- Exhibit diligence and responsibility in managing customer cases, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Monitor the system health, updates and escalate to other team members when necessary.

Job Requirements:

- knowledge of Internet and Internet related products Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus.

Working from home requirements
This position is the working from home position and
- Must have good wired or wireless internet.
- Must have inverter or UPS with 12 hours minimum backup time and Must connect fiber broadband modem and its related devices to this UPS or inverter - This requirement applies to countries where power outages or power-related issues may occur.
