Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Real Estate Tele caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive approach, and the ability to effectively engage potential clients over the phone. As a Real Estate Tele caller, you will be a key player in lead generation, promoting our real estate offerings, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Job Description - Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our real estate offerings.
- Provide detailed information about properties, projects, and investment opportunities.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- Maintain an organized database of prospective clients, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Schedule appointments for interested clients to visit properties or meet with our real estate agents.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure follow-up and support.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and address any questions or concerns potential clients may have.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to enhance their experience and encourage repeat business.
- Gather feedback and insights from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Qualifications - Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging telephone manner.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Ability to empathize with client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Basic understanding of real estate sales processes and the ability to convey the value of our offerings.
Education And Experience 1+ Years of Real estate telecaller experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
