Role Description

This is a full-time Inside Sales Specialist role located on-site in Chennai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, handling customer inquiries, promoting and selling Geek Theory's products/services, processing and following up on orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Required Skills

• 1 year of experience in B2B Software sales
• Must know Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator
