Company - Home Appliance Manufacturing Position Title – Regional Trade Marketing Manager (RTMM-Sell Out) MBA in Sales & Marketing 4+ yrs. of work experience No of Position -2 Location – Hyderabad /Bengaluru Geography Covered- Candidate-based Hyderabad will cover the entire AP & Tel & Candidate-based Bengaluru will cover the entire Karnataka & Goa. Reporting to- ZSM & Head Modern Trade (Dual Reporting) CTC – 15.00 to 20.00 PA (Including Variable Pay & Sales Incentives is over and above the CTC) Direct Reporting - On Roll Languages Known- English, Hindi & Bengali

(Compulsory) Industry- FMCD (Small Appliances preferably)/FMCG/Retail (Apparel & Luggage Segment) Remarks- Experience in Modern Trade is compulsory & Sell Out is preferred. Candidates from General Trade & E-Commerce will not be considered. More Exposure to Regional Accounts is an added advantage Candidates

who have handled business of 50 Crs PA & above will be only considered. Travel requirement for 10 to 15 Days in a Month. Working Knowledge of SAP is preferred & Good Working knowledge of Excel is compulsory. Good Communication & Influencing Skills & Strong Coordination across all functions is a must (Please confirm) Please look for a stable candidate

(Frequent job changes will be not considered) On Roll Team Handling Experience is compulsory. Local Candidates will be preferred. position is responsible for developing and executing sell-out strategies across channels in close co-ordination with the KAM and ZSM. ∙ Responsible for setting and achieving Promoter & Store wise Sellout, Productivity, Display and Counter share targets. ∙ Responsible for the recruitment of promoters & TL’s and drive their productivity. Ensure right promoter at right store and control attrition levels. ∙ BTL Activations: Ideate and implement all BTL activations to maximize business opportunities. Make activation calendar in alignment with HO Trade Marketing Team. ∙ Maximize instore POSM display, internal & external branding space ∙ Inventory Mgmt.: Ensure minimum inventory norms are maintained across stores in close co-ordination with KAM and planogramming is adhered to as per company guidelines. ∙ Training: Ensure ongoing performance assessment of the TLs and promoters and support through coaching and training plans in coordination with trg team. Develop training prog and calendars in coordination with training team. ∙ Business Analysis: Analyze business data and provide relevant insights wrt sellout trends and opportunities in the market. ∙ Market Intelligence: Be able to set a process for regular market insights wrt competitive activities, schemes, new product launches etc. ∙ Collaborate with Customer Care team to ensure top-class customer service to the LFS/Regional Stores ∙ Relationship Management: Close coordination with all key stake holders. ∙ Drive SFA usage to drive journey plans of the TSO’s & Team Leaders to ensure maximum market coverage as per the weight and the potential of the st
