Job Role Overview:
As a Dietitian/Nutritionist at Claudia's Concept, you will work closely with the Founder/Director, Miss Claudia Ciesla, to provide expert nutritional guidance and tailored diet plans to our diverse clientele. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals, contributing significantly to their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation and Assessment: Conduct thorough nutritional assessments, understand client needs, and develop personalized diet plans.
Program Development: Create innovative nutrition programs, focusing on areas such as weight management, sports nutrition, or clinical nutrition, based on the needs of the clientele.
Education and Coaching: Educate clients on healthy eating habits, nutritional guidelines, and lifestyle modifications.
Monitoring and Adjustments: Regularly monitor client progress and adjust diet plans as needed for optimal results.
Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with other health professionals and lead workshops or seminars on nutrition and wellness.
Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest nutrition research and integrate new findings into practice and program development.
Team Building - Building the team of Professional dietitians/nutritionists to expand 'Claudia's Concept' Nationwide.
Communicate, Collaborate and co-operate & unlock regional clusters.
Partnership & Liasoning Meeting various corporate C Level executives, brands and making tie-ups.
Accreditations - Getting accredations for IGMPI & CNDS
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Exceptional knowledge in nutrition and dietetics.
Passionate about holistic health and wellness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Empathetic and patient-centred approach.
Innovative and proactive in problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience in a specialized area of nutrition is preferred (e.g., sports nutrition, pediatric nutrition).
Proficient in English and local languages.
