Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai. (mandatory work from office, 5 days a week)

Job Description:

We seek a skilled Motion Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our creative team. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and creating captivating motion graphics for various projects, including videos, animations, presentations, and GIFs. Additionally, you will contribute to static graphic post creatives and video editing tasks.

Work division

Static creative work will be 50% of the total responsibility,

Motion graphi c work comprising 25%

Video editing work comprises 25%.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboard ideas for motion graphic projects for various business verticals.
• Design and animate engaging and visually appealing motion graphics using industry-standard software tools.
• Develop static graphic posts creatives for social media, marketing materials, investor and employee communications and digital platforms.
• Edit videos to enhance visual appeal, narrative flow, and overall quality.
• Ensure consistency of design elements and brand identity across all motion and static graphic projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics, static graphics, and video editing, and incorporate innovative techniques into your work.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
• Provide input and feedback during the creative process to enhance the overall quality of motion graphics, static graphics, and video editing projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in motion graphic design, static graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficiency in motion graphic design software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender and Cinema 4D.
• Reasonably good portfolio showcasing your motion graphic design, static graphic design, and video editing skills.
• Good visual and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: Rs 25,000 to Rs 40,000 monthly, corresponding with experience.
