Job Overview

We are hiring a Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. This is a full-time position with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is based in Pune, Maharashtra , India. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the store during your shift. This includes managing the staff, ensuring food safety and quality, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent management and team management skills, as well as a strong knowledge of food safety and beverage operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety and beverage operations
• Excellent management and team management skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the food service establishment during your shift
• Manage a team of employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food and beverage operations meet company standards
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve overall business objectives
