o Job Title : Boutique Manager

Boutique Performance & Sales Achievement
• Consistently achieve/exceed the KPIs, monthly and yearly sales target
• Defines dynamic annual & monthly action plans to achieve Maison, boutique and category sales targets
• Monitors the boutique KPIs and builds a strategy that will optimize performance and profitability
• Set, monitor and track sales ambassador individual targets consistently
• Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support from HO team and fostering synergies between categories
Client Relationship & Business Development
• Establish a Client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience to achieve Client repurchase objectives & resolve escalated client issues/concerns
• Build a loyal Clientele, leveraging all clienteling tools
• Develop and manage new business development ideas for the boutique through networking and event planning, in collaboration with HO team that will result in significant ROI.
• Create/manage events in the Boutique with HO support and lead in order to develop new clients, drive sales, and enhance the brand’s presence in the marketplace.
• Lead and develop the business of the store, by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it and relating to all relevant stakeholders.
Boutique Operations & Administration
• Responsible for ensuring adherence to all Maison and Group policies and procedures, for the team and self.
• Support annual store inventories/audits wherever required, requested and needed.
• Oversee and prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports and provide strategic analysis/action plans for the Boutique to achieve and surpass goals and objectives.
• Monitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss, asset protection and risk management and be accountable for inventory management,
• Lead and address maintenance matters to ensure that boutique visually meets brand standards. Manage Repair & Maintenance Budgets for a monthly communication with corporate team/Retail Manager
Team Management & People Development
• Identify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans
• Manage and motivate the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions
• Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives. Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved
• Develop Managers to ensure the teams entice every Client, demonstrating and modelling during selling ceremony. Support them with consistent coaching. identify their development and training needs, & partner with the trainer to tailor individual action plans.
• Provide consistent and qualitative feedback, coach the team on the spot and coach your Managers into coaching the teams
• In multi-store markets, develop relationships with surrounding Montblanc Store Managers to optimize business opportunities and Client experience.

Job Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service related industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred
• Ability to analyse reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) • Ability to drive customer experiences that build loyal clientele and deliver measurable results
• Excellent organizational skills and strong communication (verbal & written)
