Dhampur Bio Organics Limited (DBOL) Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd., a spin-off from Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd., specializes in the production of organic and agri based goods, offering a diverse range of bio-based products, including sugar, jaggery, biofuels, domestic spirits and various agricultural products. Originally established in 1933, Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. initiated a 300 TPD sugar mill in Dhampur.

Currently managing three plants in the traditional cane-growing region of western-central Uttar Pradesh, India, we boast a collective capacity to process 22,000 MT of cane daily, yielding 2200 MT of refined sugar and 800 MT of raw sugar per day. Our distillery has the capability to produce 312,000 liters of alcohol daily, and our renewable power generation capacity stands at 95.5 MWH.

Job Summary: - A proactive and detail-oriented professional with a solid background in planning and organizing, adept at managing spare parts inventory for Tetra machines and semi lines to ensure seamless operations. Skilled in overseeing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for various instruments, including electrical equipment, while maintaining a high standard of quality for Tetra brick.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Maintain the quantity of spares of tetra machine. Ensure adequate inventory of Tetra machine spare parts is maintained Follow up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for all instruments, including electrical equipment Manage spare parts inventory for semi lines according to operational requirements Strive for balance by soliciting input from major stakeholders when making decisions Ensure that all actions align with the organization's commitment to sustainable practices Demonstrate key behaviors outlined in the competency list Possess knowledge of Tetra machine operation Possess knowledge of Tetra machine operation Be able to demonstrate basic proficiency in computer usage Be familiar with batch printers Be capable of understanding maintenance procedures for pumps, motors, and other equipment Generate maintenance reports for Tetra machine

Requires Skills & Education Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree B. Tech (IT) with at least 4+ years of relevant experience. Proficient in using MS Office and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with the specific industry in which the organization operates can be beneficial. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and emerging technologies impacting financial analysis and planning. Fair understanding of the business and expected deliveries. Strong analytical and proven negotiation skills.
