Role Description This is a full-time on-site requirement for an IT Business Analyst Government Banking Business role with 5-7 years of experience. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for performing daily tasks related to business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The role will be based in Gurugram, India. Qualifications Analytical skills, Business Analysis, and Information Technology Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements Knowledge of business processes and industry best practices Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in the banking industry is a must Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Ideal candidate should have worked on or have hands on experience of implementing below Government Business Banking schemes / projects: 1. Agency Bank ( CBDT, GST, ICEGATE, STATE Taxes) 2. Non Agency ( PFMS SNA Models 1,2,3 & 4) Other Government Business Banking related project implementation experience would be an add on. Ideal candidate should have end to end vendor onboarding experience and should be well versed with BRD, FRD, ORMC, UAT, RECON, SOP and related internal banking documents.Job tags
