Job Summary:

We are seeking a product and process trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training employees on our company's products and processes. This individual will be expected to design and develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and assess the effectiveness of the training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and experience in product and process training.

Job Description:

1. Conduct process, product, and soft skills training.

2. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training materials.

3. The key responsibility in this role is onboarding new people. This includes the topics covered around product and process. 70% of the time is spent on mock calls and feedback sessions.

4. Develop/maintain training content roadmap for different product modules and processes.

5. Work on training delivery strategies for different product modules and processes.

6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

7. Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.

8. Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, and integrating support with routine job functions.

9. Involve yourself in the hiring process to analyze the candidate's voice, and accent/ soft skills areas.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field

2. Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners

5. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory

6. Proficiency in MS Office and training software

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

8. Strong organizational and time management skills

9. Shift: Flexible to work in night shift.
