Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the event management process.
- Create compelling presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Canva to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to clients.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market insights, and event-related information to provide valuable input to clients.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop designs and ensure they meet client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and artists, to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the event planning and execution phases.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within the allocated resources.
- Provide post-event analysis and reports to clients, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management.
Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience working for an Event Management company.
- Excellent presentation-making skills using tools like PowerPoint or Canva.
- Strong research abilities to gather and analyze relevant information for event planning.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients.
- Knowledge and understanding of the event management process, from ideation to execution.
- Familiarity with artist management, logistics coordination, and other event-related aspects.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
