Job description
Handled two lump sum turnkey contracts at construction site Installation of mechanical equipment for cast house and Installation of six melting/holding furnaces Study the technical drawings, project specifications, code and standards and ensured work executed as per drawings Aligned contractors planning with overall project goals Approved contractors drawings and documentation and ensured work performed as per project specifications Prepared field material requisitions, analyzed quotations, prepared bid tabs Resolved contractors technical queries, prepared field change design and quality surveillance reports.
Reported work performed by contractor on weekly basis; Conducted inspections to ensure quality of work.
Ensured contractor follow project EHS specification and requirements Tracked quantities and verified bill raised by the Contractor
