Title: Engineer, TechOps
Location: US (Remote)
Core Responsibilities:
Partner with development and infrastructure teams to ensure the critical systems have the right level of telemetry to leverage for alerting, ticketing and proactive and reactive measures.
Identify and resolve problems that occur in production applications and systems
Identify challenges and associated test for known resiliency gaps so in the event of a failure we are confident we can recover and meet our SLAs and prevent / reduce impacts to our customers.
Identify performance test, measurements and challenges preventing us from achieving our SLOs.
Identify manual processes that can be automated
Utilize DevOps principles for reliability practices
What are we looking for?
Experience with Grafana and Azure
Automation experience
Leveraging monitoring tools
Experience dealing with highly available systems performance testing
Python/Scripting skillsets
Powershell, Java script and Terraform
Telemetry
Self Starter
US work authorization
