Below are the Job Description :-
1. Identification of the Property to be mortgaged to the bank (for acquiring Loan through equitable mortgage) using Land documents/ Revenue Map/ Local Enquiry.
2. Assessment of Market rate of Plant and Machinery in the locality through local enquiry.
3. Assessment of the Present Market Value of Plant and Machinery.
4. Assessment of Present Market Value of Plant & Machineries. Analysed the past financial data, approvals and audited the data to keep the project on track.
5 . Managed multiple clients and helped in successfully completing the deliverables on time.
6. Assisted in valuations of various high-level projects and helped implement a format for future projects.
7. Monitored multiple real time residential, commercial, industrial & retails projects which included surveying the physical and financial nature towards valuing the subject property.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Fixed asset valuation,Â
- Site Visits of Property Plant & Equipment across the country
- Valuation Working and Report Writing in excel, word and power point presentations.
- Market Research and data analysis
- Client interaction
