Position Overview

Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Billing professional who is eager to help us attain our continuing growth goals. In this role, you will work directly with our global clients, invoicing team in France, and US corporate finance teams in billing and collections.

• Upload LEDES invoices to client's preferred eBilling Systems such as Legal Tracker (Serengeti), CouncelLink, T360, Etc.
• Communicate with clients on billing query(ies)
• Reach out to clients on past due balance(s)
• Provide daily, weekly report and update corporate accounting team in France, US - Boston
• Engage in projects related to annuities and software billing, as required

Skills/ Experience Required

• Strong verbal and written skills in English
• Intermediate excel skills- Experience with Vlookup, Sumif, Sumifs, Etc.
• Ability to work independently and limited supervision
• Ability to think and solve problems as they occur and ensure timely escalation
• Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism

What You'll Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce - B.Com.
• 2+ years of experience in a legal billing/ invoice role
• Experience with LEDES files in LEDED1998B format
• Experience with legal eBilling platforms such as Legal Tracker (Serengeti), CouncelLink, T360, etc.
