Job description

Core Responsibilities: · To manage commercial marketing on digital & social media platform. · Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed. · To effectively use SEO, analytics, SEM etc. to optimize finding, connecting and engagement with existing customers and new customers. · To acquire new customers on digital & social media platform with respect to enhancing commercial revenue. · Implement the digital and social media strategy (paid and organic), coordinating with stakeholders across the partners ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into all the commercial offerings and services. · Manage performance marketing strategy, including acquisition / conversion / lead generation campaigns, in close coordination with the SBUs and agencies. · Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc. · Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns as an effort to maximize results. · Manage a blogger / Key Opinion Leaders outreach program/s and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the brand and its offerings. · Become an advocate of the Commercial Revenue enhancement in digital & social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. · Collaborate with the marketing team internally in ensuring smooth execution of marketing/event calendar, new launches and seasonal promotions etc. · Regularly providing feedback/insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion. · Monitor trends in social media tools and applications. Qualification: · Graduate with 5+ years of experience in managing a digital marketing role. · Certification programs in Digital Marketing. · Experience in strategizing, setting up, running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. · Proficient understanding of SEO, mobile, SMS and email marketing, SEM, especially Google AdWords and analytics. Good to have:

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with vendors and team members. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues and mitigating risks. Out of the box thinking, proactiveness in proposing new ideas, creative thinking.
