Job description
Review of business process and ensure compliance of accounting SOPs Coordination with Service division to ensure standardization of accounting and tax position. Vendor Management- ensure payment within the credit period, timely review of DLP period of Retention and coordinate with respective stake holder for required action. Handle RERA form-3 requirements. Accounting, budgetary control, Review and approve creation of new GL (General Ledger), PC (Profit Center), CC(Cost Center) Assist the corporate accounts team for closure of books of accounts, finalization of statutory audit, Internal audit and Management reporting. Well versed knowledge of accounting standards, RERA and other applicable law and compliance through Legatrix tool Handle society audit independently.
Ideal candidate will be CA with 7 - 10 years expertise in similar role. This incumbent will handle Pune region for residential business and reporting to Head of Accounting. This role is based out of our Pune regional office .Job tags
