We are looking for a Manager - Performance Marketing who: 1. Will manage a team of performance marketers and end to end client projects including audience research, competitive research, creative research, campaign creation, ongoing optimization and reporting 2. Will be doing cross-platform ads analytics to keep growing each brand 3. Will be making structures to create a high performance eco-system 4. Will be closely working on E-Commerce sales campaigns on Instagram 5. Has prior hands on experience of in Google Ads management and Meta Ads, on performance driven campaigns 6. Has knowledge of key metrics & trackers for Google Ads optimisation 7. Experience in handling Ads Management for brands of different industries 8. Is highly data-focussed in research and decision making Other Requirements 1. Team handling experience is mandatory 2. Google Ads certification (Preferable) 3. Experience in Linkedin and Amazon Ads is preferable 4.
