As a Customer Care representative, you will be responsible for assisting our clients and ensuring a positive and satisfying experience. This is a full-time, entry-level position located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
• Assist clients in navigating our website and using our online platform
• Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and chat messages
• Create and maintain customer records and update relevant information
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for process improvements
