We are hiring for the role of Customer Care at GoodVibes Placement Services. As a Customer Care representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in customer care. Roles and Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with clients.
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members.
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
• Processing customer orders, changes, and returns.
• Performing data entry and updating customer records in the database.
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer care.
