Cizzara Film Studios is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our music label. Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, handling correspondence, and organizing files and documents.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Maintain and update various databases and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other forms of communication as required.
- Conduct research and compile data to support various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and website content, ensuring a consistent brand image and engaging online presence.
- Provide administrative support to other team members, including assisting with travel arrangements and expense management.
- Manage travel bookings with proper reporting
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related field would be an advantage.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, website management, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
