Delivery Team Lead (B2B SaaS) (5 - 7 Years):
Role Overview:
Mihup is looking for a Delivery Head to lead the Delivery & Operations team. We need someone who is innovative and has a strong business acumen and is good at problem-solving. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, creative, and detail oriented with experience/willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have strong understanding and experience of SaaS product delivery function and proven experience of end to end delivery management.
Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following –
Lead the delivery team in the implementation and deployment of Speech Analytics solutions according to client specifications and project timelines.
Develop and execute strategic plans for efficient project management, resource allocation, and delivery processes to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Support to ensure seamless project execution and customer success.
Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve any delivery-related issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for project-related discussions and escalations.
Drive performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate delivery performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Working independently with minimal direction.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong business acumen.
Able to distill complex information into simple and meaningful insights and messaging and building narratives
Good knowledge and experience of SaaS product delivery functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail.
