Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jaipur. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies and human resources. You will be tasked with developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals. You will also be responsible for managing employee relations, compliance with labor laws, talent acquisition, and performance management.

• HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
