Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounting
- Knowledge of software like Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks.
- Efficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in English
Job Description:
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Maintain Chart of Accounts
- Knowledge of preparing Business Activity statement, Financial Statements and Tax Returns.
- Create reports and financial statements.
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
