Job description
1) Goods Pass Out approval (GPD) of IMR cases of receipt of goods in factory following GST provisions.
2) Coordination with Shared Service Centre (SSC) for Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance for Heavy Engineering Division.
3) Coordination with Shared Service Centre (SSC) for Accounts payable to domestic vendors.
4) Full control over bank guarantee received from local vendors towards advance receipt, performance. guarantee including preserving hard copy, follow-up for renewal & return of BG on completion of obligation etc. Ensure on line record in ERP LN of all bank guarantee for meeting corporate guidelines.
5) Controlling MSME interest liability by ensuring following up with buyers, inspection department & Shared Service Centre (SSC) to ensure timely payment to MSME vendors with in 45 days as per law.
