Job description
Ø Recruitment and Selection: Participating in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting in the selection process.
Ø Onboarding and Orientation: Helping/Assisting new employees integrate into the organization by conducting orientations, explaining company policies and procedures, and facilitating training sessions.
Ø Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, and work to resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
Ø Performance Management: One should assist in managing employee performance by implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
Ø Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing employee inquiries.
Ø Compliance and Legal: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization's policies and practices are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Policy Development: One should be involved in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to reflect changes in legislation or company needs.
Ø Training and Development: Coordinating training programs and professional development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ø HR Administration: This includes maintaining employee records, processing payroll, managing HR databases, and handling other administrative tasks related to HR operations.
Employee Engagement: Developing initiatives to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement within the organization.
