Job description
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Bank/NBFC with a focus on sales in retail assets (unsecured)
- Experience in merchant banking sourced through DSAs (Channel Partners)
Desired Experience:
- Relevant experience of 25 years in any unsecured loan product preferably Business Loans with DSA handling experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding the product offering clearly
- Ability to explain the product to merchants
- Establish and maintain strong DSA/Channel partner connections
- Good knowledge of the local market sales dynamics
- Independently handle sales calls and inquiries
- Manage and execute local sales promotions
- Achieve targeted loan disbursements
- Ensure the smooth flow of processes related to credit and operations
- Build and maintain a profitable loan portfolio
