Job description
Overall Center Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow within the center.
Team Management:
- Supervise and lead the center staff, including receptionists, security personnel, housekeeping, and other support staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and achievements.
Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to students, parents, and visitors.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
Facility Management:
- Maintain and manage the physical infrastructure of the center, including classrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and repairs.
Security and Safety:
- Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety of students, staff, and assets.
- Conduct regular safety drills and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with vendors for services such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective services.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, inventory management, and record-keeping.
- Oversee the scheduling of classes and events within the center.
Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation and management of the center's budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure financial objectives are met.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the center and the corporate office.
- Communicate center updates and policies to staff.
Training and Development:
- Provide training to new employees.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities fo staff.
Reporting:
- Generate reports on center performance, attendance, and other relevant metrics.
- Submit regular updates to higher management.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and educational standards.
