Job description

Position Overview:
As a Customer Account Holder, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client
accounts and driving sales growth. You will work closely with existing clients to understand
their needs, provide exceptional customer service, and identify opportunities for upselling
and cross-selling our products/services. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in acquiring
new clients, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue
targets.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of
contact for their needs and inquiries.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to maximize client
satisfaction and revenue generation.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industry trends, and market dynamics
to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to
ensure seamless delivery of products and exceed client expectations.
Keep abreast of competitor activities and market trends to identify new business
opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts, track key performance indicators, and provide regular
updates to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in customer account management, preferably in the B2B Business.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with
clients and negotiate effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and provide
customized solutions.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
