Job Overview: The Golden Rise is looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Campus Recruiting Associate (Hybrid) to join our dedicated Human Resources team. As a Campus Recruiting Associate, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent from both technical and non-technical programs in universities and colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campus Engagement: Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with universities and colleges for campus hiring.
• Talent Sourcing: Attract and screen talented individuals from technical and non-technical programs.
• Selection Process: Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and faculty members.
• Event Management: Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, including career fairs and information sessions.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition on campuses to attract top talent.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, data, and provide reports on campus recruitment activities.
