### Job Overview: Controlz is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the company's financial health, overseeing the finance department, and ensuring that our financial strategies align with our overall business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management within the tech industry, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis, planning, and strategy. ### Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the company's objectives. - Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring they are accurate and completed in a timely manner. - Monitor the company's financial performance, identifying trends, and addressing issues proactively. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing insights to guide business decisions. - Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory financial requirements. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and drive growth. - Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. - Oversee investment and risk management activities. - Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team. - Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and external auditors. - Implement robust financial controls and processes to minimize risk and improve efficiency. ### Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA is preferred. - Proven experience in a financial management role, ideally in the technology or related industry. - Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. - Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite. - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to strategize and solve problems efficiently. - Knowledge of financial regulations and legal standards.Job tags
