Job description
QA Automation JD: Requirement/Description: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience (4+ years) in software quality assurance and test automation, with a track record of leading successful automation initiatives. - Proficiency in modern test automation tools, approaches and frameworks, such as Cucumber, Selenium, UFT/FT, Fitnesse, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar. - Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C# for test script development. - Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools (e.g. TeamCity, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). - Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and QA best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Good English proficiency, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. Beneficial - Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Performance Centre, Gatling) and performance testing methodologies. At the time of Technical Round : Selenium library should be installed to check automation testing skills. Candidate should be able to write test script for a given scenario. (ref:hirist.tech)
