Job title: Assistant Manager (Executive Assistant to President)

Job Profile : Corporate Strategy

Location: Ahmedabad, SG Highway

Qualification: Finance background (B.com / M.com / MBA)

Experience: 2- 4 years

Reporting To: President / CFO

About the role:

 

  As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Assistant General Manager (CFO) and President by providing essential inputs and data necessary for strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with the CFO and President to analyze and critically examine operational and financial data, identifying and highlighting critical issues.

· Managing Meetings and team co-ordination on behalf of President (Domestic and International).

· Helping respective business heads from President's desk for any critical issues.

· Take accountability for preparing insightful business dashboards and present them as a foundation for discussions at senior levels.

· Regularly attend and actively participate in monthly business reviews and capturing minutes of meetings.

· Strong following-up with the business heads/teams on the monthly action plan to meet and deadlines.

· Contribute actively to the formulation of business plans aligned with organizational goals.

· Prioritize business needs and proactively identify new and upcoming revenue streams to foster increased business growth.

· Utilize your analytical skills to search and aggregate essential data points from a broad range of sources to inform decision-making processes.

· Participating and attending meeting with senior management in various Government and industry bodies like FICCI, CII and etc.

· Helping AGM in regards to Investor relations work with co-ordination of teams.

Environmental and Social Safeguarding:

· Tracking industry, monitoring analyst reports and summarizing them for the senior management under ESG prospects.

· Participating in development of ESG Report and setting up targets and monitoring, collation & reporting.

· Primary depository of ESG related data.

Competencies & Skills

· Possess a strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, ensuring effective communication at all levels within the organization.

· Hands on experience on Microsoft excel, word and presentation.

· Project Management Skills

· Business & Marketing Research and analysis

· Exhibit the ability to work efficiently towards strict deadlines, effectively managing and prioritizing tasks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
