Role And Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Sales Consultant, your main responsibility will be to facilitate travel arrangements and accommodations for individuals and groups. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and provide personalized recommendations. Additionally, you will ensure that clients have all the necessary documentation required to travel to their destinations. Your role will involve:
- Consulting clients on their travel preferences and requirements
- Researching and recommending travel destinations, accommodations, and attractions
- Booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services
- Providing clients with detailed itineraries and travel documents
- Assisting clients with travel-related issues or changes to their plans
Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Graduation degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the travel industry
Required Skills - Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Deep understanding of different US travel destinations and cultures
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Prior experience in the US travel industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Galileo and Sabre software is a bonus
