About Position:
As a C&B Leader you will be responsible as an Individuals who play specific roles in their areas of expertise and are accountable to achieve key operational goals that are in line with the functions/unit goals. Role: Compensation & Benefits Leader Location: Pune/Nagpure/Bangalore Experience: 14-20 Years Job Type: Full time What You'll Do: Salary Benchmarking and compensation analytics Conducting Market Research and participating in various C&B related surveys. Managing Salary/Promotion Data and other compensation & benefits related operational activities. Present clear and accurate information in a suitable format for business use Provides expertise in practical reporting solutions, including data visualization and graphical report design using Advance Excel. Manage system for Career Progression, Compensation and communicating through system generated letters. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve results. Expertise You'll Bring: Aptitude in problem-solving and good analytical skills. Should be able to read and interpret data promptly Represent Company in external forums. Maintain confidentiality wherever required. Excellent communication Skills.
