Job description
: Stay abreast with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry
trends. Apply deep technical expertise to evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies that
could enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.
Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best
practices for Salesforce development and implementation. Ensure compliance with security and
data privacy regulations.
Mentorship and Coaching: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers.
Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and
improvement.
Experience with SAFe or Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices related to architecture, design, and
development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's
degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (10+ years) working as a Salesforce Architect, demonstrating the
progression of responsibility and complexity.
