Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at Jodha. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, analyzing data, and ensuring efficient operations management.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Operations management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the furniture industry or related field is a plus
• Knowledge of project management tools/software is a plus
• Excel is a must
