Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial underwriter Insurance Manager. The Commercial Insurance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, team management, customer service, sales, and ensuring the company meets its financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire, burglary, marine, Travel, workmen compensation policy Insurance
• Team management skills and ability to lead.
• Preparing of RFQ timely and negotiation with various insurance companies
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Strong Sales skills combined with the ability to drive revenue and grow business
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Additional experience in insurance or related fields is a plus
• Professional certification such as BQP and Underwriting expertise is added.
