1. Job Briefing

- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
- Develop a comprehensive program plan outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for multiple projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program deliverables and success criteria.
- Ensure that all projects within the program align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Maintain a holistic view of the program's contribution to the overall business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-project activities & manage project managers / leaders
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all program stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and team members.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and other relevant parties.
- Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects within the program.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to secure necessary resources.
- Identify and assess risks associated with the program and its constituent projects.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of project outcomes and implement improvements as needed.
- Develop and manage the overall program budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Implement effective change management processes to handle modifications in program scope, schedule, or objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for the program, including program plans, risk registers, and status reports.
- Generate regular reports for leadership to provide insight into program progress and outcomes.

- Strong understanding of program management methodologies (e.g., PMI PgMP, MSP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
