Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Demand Generator to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As a Demand Generator, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth for our brand activation solutions. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India.
Qualifications And Skills - 06 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales
- Strong convincing skills and ability to handle objections
- Knowledge of building materials industry is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Roles And Responsibilities - Identify potential clients and target markets through research and analysis
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by prospecting and cold calling
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospects
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into sales
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of client projects
