Job description

JD:

1. Manage Whatsapp communications that originates from Digital Campaigns (respond to customers)

2. Manage whatsapp comms from Website and Ecommerce website

3. Ability to share the relevant information in terms of brochures and videos

4. Follow up and pass on leads to sales

5. Manage a dashboard of leads and inquiries

6. With good Communication skills & Grammatical skills

UG . Preferred MBA

3 to 5 yrs of experience.

Good understanding of Digital medium, Social media, Whatsapp and Messaging platforms like WATI etc.

NTH - 30k
immediate joiners preferred.

MUST KNOW ---TAMIL AND ENGLISH
