Roles & Responsibility Strategy
1 Prepare a HR strategy to support the business plan taking inputs from past data, team's experience and the leadership competency framework set in place. 2 Prepare an HR budget based on the HR goals and plan to casade goals into actions along with measurable targets. 3 Prepare HR metrics which would help monitoring the effectivity & implementation of the Goals & Budget. Workforce Planning 4 To ensure the availability of Competent /Skillset wise Diverse manpower to meet present and future organizational needs at 100% of sanctioned manpower 5 To drive results from contractors as per business requirements while optimizing costs and improving productivity 6 To initiate innovative models in workforce planning to ensure low attrition in blue collar workforce. 7 To initiate innovative models in workforce planning to increase white collar retention. Control of HR Processes 8 To ensure all HR processes are operated digitally via HRMS platform 9 To esure all HR policies, MIS and documentation is maintained digitally 10 To ensure organization chart is completed, updated and controlled copied to be maintained digitally 11 To make sure all HR database and knowledge is horizontally deployed across all plants and locations Health and welfare 12 Ensuring a safe work environment at all times 13 Ensuring administrative excellence: 1. Hygienic, good quality food is supplied by all canteens on time at an optimal cost. 2. Marshalls & Security management at all Chakan Plants 3 Housekeeping and customer visit management 4. Employee Travel management as per policy 5. Blue collar transport management IR 14 To handle Legal Labour disputes / statutory disputed matters under guidance of Advocate/ consultants. To ensure Monthly meetings of work culture committee Company Policy and Practices 15 Ensure for all Assets to be maintained well and asset audits to be carried out per quarter. Updated Asset list to be maintained properly. 16 Ensure all company policies are implemented by the department and awareness about the same is given to employees on a timely basis. 17 Ensure that all factory, MPCB, labour etc. compliances should be met and duly completed on a timely basis. Employee Engagement 19 Ensure appropriate Hygine Factors and Infrastructure for all employees i.e. relationships with supervisors, working conditions, relationships with peers and subordinates, seating arrangements etc. 20 Based on HR gaols prepare an Employee Motivation calendar and ensure its execution across all plants. 21 Conduct an annual pulse survey to understand whether the engagement strategies are providing the desired bsuiness outcomes Talent Management 22 Based on annual workforce planning for white collar and attrition ratio, prepare a recruitment plan and tracker for the same. Train the team to use different channels of recruitment to on-board talent such as job portals, job fairs, agencis etc. depending on position and criticality. 23 Ensure that the in-house talent is developed through prgrams such as hi-pot development, training programs, benchmarking activities, e-learning etc. Half yearly performance review to ensure proper feedback and evaluation mechanism. 24 Develop talent within the organization through apprenticeship pool and NAPS program G) Company Brand Value 25 Work towards improving Mungi's Employer Proposition based on Mungis core values and leadership competency framework. 26 To motivate the employees to prarticipate in Company Newsletter Activities i.e. Articles, Stories, poems, self experiences, various receipies etc. 27 Ensure all government, customer and external audits are sucessfully completed as per management guidelines 28 To plan and initiate CSR activities in alliance with the managementJob tags
