Job description

Responsibilities:

Manages the companys/Group's social media accounts, web content, and post content.
Execute a results-driven social media strategy and produce content creation and campaign ideas.
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms and monitor platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product/service goals, and all other aspects of service.
Engages in market research, Identifies target client segments for IT & Non-IT businesses, and works on market segmentation.
Engages in Lead generation and produces ideas for effective campaigning and lead generation.
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
Learns and becomes proficient in internal software systems.
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
Skills & Qualification:

MBA/BBA/bachelor's degree in communications or related field
2+ years' experience in social media/marketing
Excellent oral and written communication skills
In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google+
Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
