Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and instructional materials to teach Hindi language and literature to students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to engage with the Hindi language and its cultural significance.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technology tools to enhance language learning and literacy skills.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Encourage students to explore and appreciate Hindi literature through readings discussions and creative writing activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Hindi language and literature across the curriculum and promote crosscultural understanding.

Requirements:
- UG/MA with B.Ed (Mandatory)
- 23 years of CBSE/ICSE work experience highly preferred
