1. Administrating physical and virtual Windows Server (2003-latest) 2. Experience on Install, maintain, upgrade VMware Virtualization, vSphere ESX/ESXi, Vmotion, DRS rules, VBlock, Cisco UCS manager, SRM 3. Hardware troubleshooting Skills, coordination and Vendor Communication Skills. 4. Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations, and hardware 5. Knowledge on Microsoft HypeV (Virtualization), Windows Active Directory, Security groups, FSMO roles, object, RAID configuration
