Job Title: HR Manager 7PM to 4AM IST (US Shift) Experience- 0- 2 Years Remote

We are looking for MBA fresher with 0-2 years of work experience in HRBP.

Job Description:

1. Overview: As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of HR in conceptualizing and executing HR strategies to align with the organization's growth and objectives. The primary focus will be on strategic Human Resource Planning and ensuring the effective implementation of GigOps HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities: a. Development and Implementation of HR Strategies: Collaborate with the Director HR to develop and implement GigOps HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational growth and objectives. Ensure alignment of HR practices with the company's overall strategy and goals. b. Recruitment and Selection: Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment. c. Employee Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on GigOps HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development. Foster positive employee relations and address concerns in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. d. Employee Engagement and Workplace Culture: Champion initiatives to foster employee engagement and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Implement programs and activities to enhance team collaboration and morale. e. Training and Development: Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Work towards creating a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. f. Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in alignment with company policies and legal requirements. Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures. g. HR Trends and Best Practices: Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. Provide recommendations to enhance HR processes and practices.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree in HR preferred. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong background in strategic Human Resource Planning. Understanding of managing Gig employees is preferable. Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations. 4. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR challenges.
