Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Relations Manager. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving complaints, and addressing customer queries. The Customer Relations Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and improving customer retention.

• Customer service skills and experience
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Candidates should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities are also desirable.
