Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified LeadSquared Support professional to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing support for LeadSquared, a popular CRM and marketing automation platform. As a LeadSquared Support specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients with technical issues, troubleshooting software problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing technical support to clients using LeadSquared CRM and marketing automation platform.
Troubleshooting software issues reported by clients and resolving them in a timely manner.
Assisting clients with software configuration, customization, and integration tasks.
Communicating effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborating with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Documenting support tickets, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
Conducting training sessions for clients to help them effectively use LeadSquared features and functionalities.
Continuously updating knowledge on LeadSquared updates, features, and enhancements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in providing support for LeadSquared or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate client needs.'
